The tour begins with a short technical review, followed by a guided outing on the water. Throughout the experience, the guide provides practical advice and technical adjustments applied directly while paddling.

Yes. The guided tour is designed to improve your paddling technique, efficiency, and confidence on the water while enjoying the experience of exploring the river.
Does the guide share information about the natural environment ?
Yes. The guide shares information about the river, wildlife, landscape, and local history to enrich the experience and help you better understand the environment.
Is the pace adapted to the group ?
Yes. The pace is fully adaptable depending on participants’ level, fitness, and expectations so everyone can fully enjoy the experience.
Is a minimum level required ?
No minimum level is required. However, it is strongly recommended to have completed an Intro Lesson / Rental session to fully enjoy the tour.
How long is the guided tour ?
The standard duration of the guided tour is two hours. Longer outings can be organized upon request.
What should I wear and bring ?
Wear clothing that can get wet and dries quickly, such as a swimsuit or synthetic sportswear. A windbreaker may be necessary depending on the weather. Closed shoes (sneakers or water shoes) are recommended.
You should also bring a towel, water, sunscreen, a cap or hat, sunglasses, and a change of clothes.
Is the activity led by a certified guide ?
Yes. The activity is led by a certified and experienced guide who accompanies you from start to finish.
How many participants are in a guided tour ?
Groups are limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure quality supervision and an immersive experience.

The guided tour is more adventurous and sporty than the intro session. It is designed for participants who want to go beyond the basics while discovering the river in an exceptional natural setting.
