Born from a passion for
water and mountains.
After several years working as a guide at Le Massif de Charlevoix and watching the river through the seasons, the desire to offer an experience that lets people enjoy it differently came naturally.

Paddleboarding quickly became the perfect choice :
an accessible, recreational activity open to everyone, offering a unique way to discover the St. Lawrence River in harmony with the environment.

Led by a certified guide with more than ten years of outdoor experience, Aquaventure Charlevoix offers safe, progressive experiences designed both for discovery and for improving paddleboarding skills.

Beyond the sport itself, Aquaventure Charlevoix aims to create moments of connection, encourage a respectful approach to the natural environment, and offer both residents and visitors a place to gather on the water.

Our Story

Assignment
To offer safe, accessible, and memorable paddleboarding experiences.

To introduce an activity that can be both dynamic for adventure seekers and calming for those who want to enjoy the river at a slower pace.
Your guide
Founded by Pierre Cros, lead guide, Aquaventure Charlevoix builds on several years of experience in outdoor activity supervision, technical instruction, and safety management with a wide range of participants.

Having taught outdoor sports in both Europe and Canada, Pierre has developed an approach that prioritizes both the quality of the experience and the safety and adaptation to each participant.

Paddleboarding naturally became part of this journey as a unique way to discover the St. Lawrence River in an exceptional setting where mountains meet the water, in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François.
